Audio Visual Onsite Support Specialist

We are currently seeking another Corporate Audio-Visual Support Engineer to join the team to perform high-quality support centred around Microsoft Teams Room solutions that we deploy. This role will involve working with Federal government clients so only Australian Citizens can apply
MUST HAVE:
- 2 years minimum experience in corporate audio-visual solutions.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Experience in fault finding and resolution of audio-visual equipment including network-connected devices.
- Some experience in programming and configuration of audio digital signal processing (DSP) equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, QSC, Sennheiser and Shure.
- Experience with networking would be highly regarded.
- Ability to understand audio visual, network and building schematics.
- Some experience and hands-on with audio visual programming, configuration, and fault diagnosis tools.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply new ideas and processes.
- Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to travel interstate if required.
- Ability to work flexible hours (occasional).
Other responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers and engaging in user and admin training.
- Calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues.
- Prompt escalation if issues cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
- Liaising with vendors to resolve problems and issues.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in AV technology.
- Keep systems up to date to ensure customers and team members know what is happening with your support cases.
